How to measure:Open your tent fully. Measure the sleeping platform length and width at its widest points. Then close the tent and measure the internal gap between the top and bottom shells — this is your maximum mattress thickness. Photos of the open platform and closed profile are always helpful.

Before you fill in the form
Yes. We work from your measurements, not a brand's spec sheet. Whether you have a Darche, Kings, Zero23, Motop, ARB, iKamper, Drifta, TJM, Front Runner, CVT, or something custom-built — as long as you can measure the platform and the maximum closed height, we can cut a mattress for it.
That depends entirely on your tent's closed profile. Hardshell tents (Motop, Kings, Zero23) typically allow 60–80mm. Softshell tents usually allow more. When you fill in the quote form, measure the internal gap when your tent is fully closed — that's your maximum. We'll cut to that number, or slightly under to give you a safe margin.
Our foam is lightweight by design for RTT applications. A typical replacement mattress for a two-person RTT adds 2–4kg over the stock mattress. Given most roof racks and RTTs are rated to 80–150kg dynamic load, this is not a concern for the vast majority of setups.
Typically 8-10 business days from order confirmation. If you're heading out on a trip and need it by a specific date, mention it in your quote request and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Every mattress comes with a removable, washable cover. If you want a specific fabric type or colour, mention it in your quote — we'll let you know what's available.
